A well-established advertising company in South Africa is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their Head Office team. This part-time role involves working approximately 5 to 6 hours per day for a 3-month contract. Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with audits. Responsibilities

  • Processing debtor invoices with accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Capturing and processing creditor invoices and preparing payment schedules.
  • Maintaining and reconciling the cashbook.
  • Assisting with month-end financial tasks and audits.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
  • Providing general bookkeeping support to the finance team.
