This role drives organisational development (OD), culture shaping, and change management to enable sustainable transformation aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in change management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • OD & Change Initiatives: Design and implement OD and change projects that enhance business performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in. Develop strategies and programs to foster employee experience and engagement.
  • Change Management: Create and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and impact assessments. Build organisational change capability and monitor effectiveness.
  • Project Leadership: Manage planning, resources, risks, and delivery of OD programs on time and within scope.
  • Capability Building: Support leadership and team development through interventions, workshops, and coaching.
  • Data & Insights: Use diagnostics and analytics to assess organisational health and inform strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate OD initiatives and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
