With significant backing they're building a professional residential maintenance business serving estate agents, landlords, and homeowners across Cape Town — focused on speed, reliability, and quality in a fragmented market.
We already have strong real estate partnerships in place and are now looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to build and run the day‑to‑day delivery engine which will cover both maintenance and COC work.
This is a foundational role with real autonomy to shape the business from the ground up and share in the profits.
