A leading healthcare service provider in South Africa seeks a qualified Basic Ambulance Assistant to attend to emergency calls and provide essential medical care. The role requires operational readiness for emergency situations along with administering patient care within the scope of practice. Candidates should hold a Basic Ambulance Assistant Certificate and ideally possess 6 months to 1 year of road BLS experience. You will also help maintain a positive public image for ER24 while assisting in emergency medical services.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Basic Ambulance Assistant Certificate
Successful completion of training related to Clinical Practice Guidelines published by the Health Professions Council of South Africa will be advantageous. If not compliant with the clinical practice guidelines at the time of application you will be required to complete this training during your probation period if successful in your application.
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 6 months – 1-year road BLS experience
