Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an MSP environment.
• Advanced experience with Windows Server (2012 R2 and newer).
• Solid understanding of networking principles (IP addressing, VLANs, routing).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle essential for visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, and networking equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Perform system maintenance and updates on servers and end-user devices.
• Install and configure switches, routers, VLANs, and firewalls.

Skills

Technical support for hardware and software issues

Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment

Advanced experience with Windows Server

Knowledge of networking principles

Proficiency in Windows and macOS

Strong communication skills

Education
