The Officer Workforce & OM Administration provides workforce movement and organisational management support and governance for South Deep's internal and Business Partner (contractor) workforce. The role ensures accurate organisational structures, efficient onboarding and offboarding processes, and strict adherence to governance frameworks for workforce movements, approvals, access control, shift compliance, and labour budget alignment. This position supports operational workforce planning through accurate data management, complement vs. strength analysis, and effective coordination between People team, Line Management, and Business Partner companies. A core requirement of the role envisages assignment rotation between operational support and SAP Organisational Management functions based on operational requirements.
