Night Auditor / Duty Manager required in Franschhoek.

Our client in Franschhoek is looking for a Night Auditor / Duty Manager who is present, grounded and intuitive host to hold space for their guests – especially through the stillness of the night.

This role blends emotional intelligence with logistical grace, ensuring each guest feels deeply cared for while gently coordinating behind the scenes to maintain flow, safety and harmony on the farm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as a warm, attentive presence throughout the guest journey (especially during night hours)
• Supports guest arrivals, departures, and any late-night needs with calm clarity and care
• Coordinates seamlessly with other teams to ensure the guest experience remains smooth, thoughtful, and responsive
• Holds intuitive awareness of each guest’s emotional and practical needs, adapting with empathy and discretion
• Comfortable balancing solo responsibility during night shifts, including subtle oversight of wellbeing and the overall calm of the farm

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
