Are you a “hunter” with a proven track record in the Telecommunications industry? We are looking for a money-motivated Sales Executive who thrives on independence and wants to write their own paycheck. If you have experience selling PBX, VoIP, and Connectivity, this is your opportunity to earn commission on GP with a dynamic client in Port Elizabeth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Market Expansion: Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the SME and Corporate sectors in the Eastern Cape to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct high-level appointments to analyze client needs and present tailored Telecoms solutions (PBX, VoIP, Connectivity) that solve real business problems.

  • Close & Convert: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from cold calling to closing, ensuring monthly Gross Profit (GP) targets of R50k – R100k are met and exceeded.

  • Self-Managed Success: Operate independently without micromanagement, utilizing your own drive and discipline to manage your schedule and client visits effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

    • Minimum 1 year of direct experience selling Telecoms solutions (specifically PBX, VoIP, and Connectivity).

    • Must reside in the Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) area with a valid driver’s license and reliable own vehicle.

    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a “new business” (hunter) environment.

    • Must be highly presentable with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • You have an existing network of contacts in the Port Elizabeth business sector.

The Offer (Salary & Benefits):
  • Guaranteed Base Package: R16,000 – R25,000 CTC (Dependent on industry track record).
