Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales operations for commercial and industrial products nationwide. The successful candidate will manage the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, build key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across all regions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic national sales plans to achieve company sales targets for commercial and industrial property products.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, client relationship building, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns, promotional materials, and product launches.
