Qualifications

• 1-2 years bookkeeping experience for Junior Bookkeeper.
• 3-7 years bookkeeping experience for Senior Bookkeeper.
• Experience managing books for multiple companies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full bookkeeping to trial balance for multiple companies.
• VAT calculations, preparation, and SARS submissions.
• Process payroll for 58 companies monthly (Senior role).
• Prepare audit files and assist with external auditor queries.

Skills

Matric with Accounting

Strong computer literacy: Excel, Word, Outlook

Proficiency in accounting software: Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Pastel

Basic payroll knowledge

Experience with SARS eFiling and e@syFile

Education

Matric with Accounting

Certificate / Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance

ICB Bookkeeping, NQF Level 5 Accounting, SAIPA / SAICA / CIMA
