A leading global insurance broker is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme for Matriculants in Johannesburg. Participants will gain workplace exposure, complete their Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance, and receive a monthly stipend. Eligible candidates must hold a Matric certificate, be South African citizens aged 18-25, and be available to start on 1st February 2026.

We are offering a limited number of opportunities to Matriculants who would like to gain workplace exposure.
Our 12-month Learnership Programme gives young individuals an opportunity to study and receive on the job training.
Locations: Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Sandton, Stellenbosch
Duration: 12 months (Fixed Term Contract)

Monthly stipend for the duration of the Learnership Programme

Matric/Grade 12 with English as a first or second language AND Maths or Maths Literacy
Candidates MUST be in possession of a matric certificate and/or statement of results as proof that they have passed matric in 2024 or prior
South African citizen
Between the ages of 18 and 25 years
Available to start 1st February 2026
Reside in or close to the area in which the opportunity is available
Should not have previously participated in any SETA funded initiative
Should not be participating in any post Matric studies or formal employment
