The Marketing Project Manager – Residential Brands is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and delivering key initiatives that support the Residential Own Brand portfolio, including Signature Hardware, James Martin Vanities, Minka, and Minka Aire. This role ensures marketing, creative, digital, and product‑launch workstreams move efficiently through established processes and are completed on time. Acting as the central connector between cross‑functional teams, the Project Manager drives clarity, alignment and operational discipline across Residential execution. The role works closely with the Lead Marketing Project Manager to maintain process consistency, manage workflow requirements, and support scalable delivery across all Residential brand initiatives. Location: This role is approved to be Remote anywhere in the US.

Pay Range: Actual pay rate may vary depending on location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
- $4,000 - $6,000—Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
