Qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing experience; proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • 3+ years of project or program management experience in consumer goods, retail or marketing environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing creative, packaging or digital workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary coordination point across Marketing, Product Development, Creative, Digital and eCommerce teams.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and milestone reviews.
  • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to manage workflows for social content and new product launch packages.
  • Support product launch readiness by coordinating required assets and documentation.
  • Maintain launch calendars, trackers and activation plans.
  • Identify risks, surface delays, and assist teams in resolving issues quickly.
  • Provide consistent visibility into project status through dashboards.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance execution and efficiency.

Marketing Project Manager, Own Brands - Residential

The Marketing Project Manager – Residential Brands is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and delivering key initiatives that support the Residential Own Brand portfolio, including Signature Hardware, James Martin Vanities, Minka, and Minka Aire. This role ensures marketing, creative, digital, and product‑launch workstreams move efficiently through established processes and are completed on time. Acting as the central connector between cross‑functional teams, the Project Manager drives clarity, alignment and operational discipline across Residential execution. The role works closely with the Lead Marketing Project Manager to maintain process consistency, manage workflow requirements, and support scalable delivery across all Residential brand initiatives. Location: This role is approved to be Remote anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Serve as the primary coordination point across Marketing, Product Development, Creative, Digital and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment and predictable delivery.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, weekly check‑ins, and milestone reviews to keep partners informed and projects moving forward.
  • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to manage workflows for social content, sales enablement materials, new product launch packages, and other creative assets, ensuring they move through briefing, production, routing and approval stages on schedule.
  • Support product launch readiness by coordinating required assets, documentation and digital updates for Residential brands.
  • Maintain launch calendars, trackers and activation plans for Signature Hardware, JMV, Minka and Minka Aire.
  • Identify risks, surface delays, elevate blockers and assist teams in resolving issues quickly.
  • Provide consistent visibility into project status through dashboards, trackers and weekly updates.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance execution, improve efficiency and create consistency across Residential workflows.

Pay Range: Actual pay rate may vary depending on location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

- $4,000 - $6,000—Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
