Are you a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environments? Our client is seeking a talented professional to lead marketing initiatives, drive brand visibility, and grow market share for their Durban branch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and market positioning.
- Manage trade marketing, brand activation, and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility.
- Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation to enhance online presence.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.
- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and third-party suppliers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee the design, production, and placement of marketing materials and point-of-sale displays.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing management role (FMCG or food manufacturing experience highly advantageous)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, trade activations, and brand strategies
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
