This role supports Klipboard's global marketing organisation, transforming data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance, pipeline generation, and strategic planning.
You will build dashboards, analyse trends, and maintain data integrity across HubSpot and related systems.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of marketing data across HubSpot, CRM, and other integrated platforms.
Partner with Marketing Operations to define and enforce data governance standards and compliance, including GDPR.
Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Translate complex data sets into clear insights for marketing teams, sales stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Analyse marketing and sales performance trends to identify opportunities for optimisation.
Deliver actionable recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Support forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance benchmarking.
Work closely with the Marketing Enablement Manager to ensure insights are translated into best practices and training.
Partner with campaign managers and regional teams to provide data-driven guidance for planning and execution.
Support senior leaders with ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Proven experience in marketing or business analytics, ideally within a B2B environment.
Strong skills in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modelling).
Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM / marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices in data handling.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
