A dynamic and fast-paced business is seeking a Marketing Co-Ordinator to support the brand manager in executing and driving marketing strategy.

This role requires a highly organised, outgoing, and confident individual who can manage multiple marketing and branding functions, from digital campaigns to product launches and events.

The Marketing Co-Ordinator will be responsible for ensuring consistency across all platforms while engaging with stakeholders, influencers, and customers to build community and strengthen brand presence

Salary: R15 000 – R17 000 CTC per month.

Requirements:

  • Own reliable vehicle and valid transport
  • Marketing degree
  • 1–2 years’ relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Highly organised with strong multi-tasking ability
  • Computer literate (preferably on Apple)
  • Social media savvy
  • Extroverted, outgoing, and confident personality
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing strategy in alignment with the brand manager
  • Brief artwork and oversee creative requirements
  • Load product sheets onto platforms including Takealot, Superbalist, Clicks, Amazon, and Bash
  • Update pricelists and maintain master sheets
  • Schedule and manage social media content and campaigns
  • Plan, attend, and manage events and ad hoc brand activations
  • Dispatch influencer campaigns and media drops
  • Manage photography, including pack shots, lifestyle images, e-commerce videos, and benefits images
  • Oversee new product launches, ensuring stakeholder communication and collateral readiness
  • Upload blogs and post YouTube videos
  • Schedule mailer campaigns and manage point-of-sale materials for new retail entries
  • Organise and track marketing expenses, including PR agency product dispatch
  • Source marketing materials from quote through to invoice and delivery
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Manage sample drives and internal communication
  • Organise Google Drive and ensure weekly uploads of images
  • Build and engage with the community, including on-camera social media appearances
