• Cost Analysis exp in Water Solutions / Manufacturing
• Strong ERP Systems Exp ( Oracle or any other related)
• Strong exp in V-Looks
• Oracle (advantage)

DUTIES :

• Daily Dashboard to be published for bookings and revenue
• Price list management
• Service P&L preparation and cost analysis
• Updating price stick tool to include all product lines
• Prepare Bank Reconciliations
• Prepare Blackline reconciliation for review (+- 60 recons)
• Prepare Cross Charge and
• Reconcile all unbilled amounts
• Issue ICO invoices on Oracle
• Payroll Check output and approve journal entry
• Payroll Release payment on Citi Bank
• Payroll Check outputs
• Payroll Recapture EMP201 on SARS E-filing
• Load budget into OS
• Oracle Support Load New Suppliers and employees
• Bank Transactions : Load ICO and 3rd party Supplier Payments onto Citi Bank
