MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (MANUFACTURING)/WOODBROOK/EAST LONDON

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with proven experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facilities. Flexibility to work overtime when required is essential.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Pneumatic systems
  • Mechanical systems
  • General industrial maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Willingness and availability to work overtime as and when operationally required
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems
• Safety-conscious with a proactive approach to maintenance
• Electrical or PLC exposure (advantageous but not essential)
