We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high sales standards, and implementing effective inventory management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, staff management, and stock control.
• Conduct regular floor walks to monitor standards and execution.

Staff Management

• Schedule and manage shifts, allocate tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members.
• Train, guide, and mentor staff, enforce company policies, and drive succession planning.

Financial Control

• Manage and control expenses within allocated budgets.
• Ensure accurate and timely cash-ups, banking processes, and payroll submissions.

Stock and Merchandising

• Oversee stock control, cycle counts, and adherence to schedules.
• Sign off stock received, ensure correct stock rotation, and merchandising standards.
