To teach and assess Education Theories and Theories of Human Development and Learning Modules. Design course curriculum, instructional materials, and assessment strategies that promote active learning and student engagement. Conduct research regarding teaching in the Primary School Education Department and/or related fields, leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at conferences. Participate in academic administration, including serving on faculty committees, contributing to curriculum development, and assisting with accreditation processes. Engage in professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in Education Theories and Theories of Human Development and Learning, Educational pedagogy, and Research Methodologies. Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across disciplines to promote interdisciplinary research and educational initiatives. To assess and mentor students in SBL.
