• Cash control & accuracy: perform cash desk duties with precision, ensuring zero variances; manage daily cash control and banking processes; handle manual transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock management & organisation: execute daily stock procedures to maintain store excellence; manage customer orders with efficiency and attention to detail; conduct weekly stock counts and ensure storeroom organisation; complete shoe pairing exercises.
• Customer service & sales support: deliver a premium shopping experience by offering expert product knowledge; build strong customer relationships through attentive service and styling advice; maintain professionalism and enthusiasm reflecting our brand’s values.

What You Need To Succeed

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• 6 months – 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
