Job description

Seabourne Logistics is looking for a dynamic, solution-driven Key Accounts Customer Service Agent with a heart for service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customer queries and resolve issues promptly with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Provide delay notifications, status updates and proactive communication.
  • Pre‑alert shipments when required and process and monitor customer collections.
  • Follow up on missed, delayed, or damaged shipments and monitor PODs, ensuring time‑ous updates.
  • Capture waybills for in‑house customers and investigate invalid or problematic waybills.
  • Process quotes for standard and special deliveries, manage returns and booking‑related queries, and update, track and resolve incidents within required timelines.
  • Provide customer reports as per agreement or when requested, and support colleagues and collaborate across teams as needed.
What you'll bring
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain (advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
