To execute payroll processing for +-1,500 headcount by capturing and reporting the country's payroll functions in the Middle East and Africa, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with local rules and regulations, maintenance of records and distribution of payroll reports and withheld amounts if applicable and to provide assistance to Payroll Manager in the Knowledge Centre Finance Payroll department.

What you create impact

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicates, maintains, and reviews payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes in the renumeration package in SAGE 300
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
  • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll procedures and standardization
  • Distribution of monthly Payroll Process Reporting Timetable to all country finance managers in the region
  • Obtaining payroll approvals from each country finance manager after processing payroll
  • Update all headcount and FTE changes in SAGE payroll system
  • Professionally manage SAGE 300 payroll system and relationship with SAGE and Business Consultant
  • Register all new employees in WebSS and responsible for updating of leave days
  • Manage relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage payroll payments for all countries managed by KC payroll
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, especially SAGE 300.
  • Familiarity with payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards across multiple countries.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
