Due to the increase of volumes, we requested a Jnr Shift Manager to assist us to run an additional shift as we have gone into a 3 shift structure. The other reason for this additional role was so that the current two Shift Managers work their normal 8 hour week and also run their own two shifts instead of working the 6 day weeks and additional hours per day they have been running. The Jnr Shift Manager will also be responsible to run a full shift on his own. He will have Champions reporting into him who will assist him to ensure we achieve the following.
