Telecom Network Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the telecom network to ensure optimal performance

Monitor network performance metrics, KPIs, and SLA compliance

Coordinate network maintenance, upgrades, and fault resolution activities

Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient operations

Implement network optimization strategies to improve reliability and capacity

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for equipment and service provisioning

Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance standards

Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management

Plan and manage budgets, resources, and operational expenditures

Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while achieving monthly and annual targets

Assist in managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to deliver results

Maintain showroom standards, stock profiling, and vehicle valuations

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on promotions, campaigns, and deals

Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures

Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive sales, with at least some exposure to management or team leadership

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Hands‑on approach with the ability to lead by example

Valid driver's license
