Our projects are based primarily in Cape Town, with recent expansion into Paarl. We do no government work, focusing exclusively on high-quality private developments.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our head office team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants strong exposure to both commercial and on-site construction operations. The role is designed to grow over time, with mentorship and increasing responsibility across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior Quantity Surveyors on multiple construction sites
  • Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking
  • Assist with measuring, valuations, and progress claims
  • Help prepare tender documentation and subcontractor comparisons
  • Track variations and assist with cost reports
  • Gain hands-on site exposure and learn construction processes
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • Recently graduated or limited work experience required
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and work across multiple sites
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
