This role is ideal for someone early in their career (or ready to take the next step) who brings a solid foundation in Revit and architectural drafting.You'll work closely with experienced AV designers, engineers, and project managers to produce detailed technical drawings—plans, sections, elevations, and more.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll DoDevelop and maintain detailed Revit models and drawings for AVL systems.Interpret architectural and engineering plans to extract coordination data.Assist with model reviews, markups, and drawing updates to meet evolving project requirements.Participate in coordination workflows (including clash detection using Navisworks or Revizto).

Support compliance with BIM standards, model structure, and documentation protocols.Contribute to internal drawing libraries and help refine BIM workflows.

Desired Experience & Qualification

What You'll Bring3–5 years' experience in Revit drafting or BIM roles (internship / project experience also considered).

Working knowledge of : Autodesk RevitAutoCADNavisworks (Manage or Freedom)Understanding of architectural / technical drawing conventions.Ability to work from markups and translate concepts into clean, clear documentation.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Tech, or a related field.Familiarity with cloud-based BIM platforms (e.g., BIM , Autodesk Construction Cloud).

Bonus Points For(Not essential – training and support provided)Experience with AV or MEP coordination.Understanding of AV-specific layouts (device mounting, cable paths, rack elevations).

Skills in SketchUp, Rhino, Dynamo, DiRoot, or other visual modeling tools.
