Junior FMCG Sales Representative required in Ladysmith.

An opportunity for a Junior experienced FMCG Sales Representative is required for permanent employment based in Ladysmith.

Salary: Market related R12 000 per month (+ Target Bonus + Mobile + Fuel / Vehicle Allowance).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning daily work schedules.
• Identify slow-moving products and drive sales on new products.
• Promote and coordinate sales promotions.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve queries effectively.
• Prepare and submit activity reports and sales analysis.
• Maintain company vehicle and complete daily vehicle logbooks.
• Follow a structured call cycle and manage customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business (adv).
• 3+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in perishable food products.
• Valid C1 driver’s license (PDP adv). (Own vehicle required for 3-month probation period)
• Experience dealing with Chain Retail stores, Supermarkets, and Kiosks.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in analysing sales and consumer behaviour.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Strong proficiency in using digital platforms for sales and communication.
• Ladysmith residency required.
