Job title : Junior Facilitator

Job Location: Gauteng, Randburg

Deadline: January 04

The main purpose of the Trainer role is to effectively deliver training programs that equip learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet organizational and project requirements.

The Trainer is responsible for facilitating learning in an engaging and professional manner, ensuring all training content is understood and applied.

In addition, the Trainer is responsible for managing and completing all onboarding paperwork and related administrative requirements, maintaining accurate records and supporting a positive training environment that promotes growth and performance.

Key Responsbilities
Onboarding Work (Pre and Post Launch)

Trainer is responsible for all pre-launch prep including printing of required paperwork, Travel Requests etc.

Trainer is responsible for training candidates who join the U-Belong learnership program and providing induction to the company they will be potentially working for.

Onboarding agents by contract signing, learnership agreement signing as well as document collection (ID, CV, results, Bank statement SARs notice of registration).

Trains agents on the Products that they will be distributing in the field for the duration of their learnership period.

Sending Rica applications to the administrative team to create accounts for the agents that are being onboarded.

Assists learners with Rica of their Sim cards to receive work numbers where they will be communicated with from the organization.

Requests for data for new agents.

Gets refreshments for agents during training.

Document vetting (Submission of the contracts, learnership agreements as well as documents to identify if agents trained have been onboarded successfully).

Administrative work (Post Launch)

Getting daily manual registers of the agent's attendance during training.

Processing of terminations for learners who have dropped off.

Updating the electronic registers that is on SharePoint (Identifies the work status of the agents).

Uploads documents on SharePoint such as Payroll disclaimer forms, Signed handover notes, manual registers, Rica forms, Accommodation invoices and flight receipts.

Sends petty cash advance and Recons for the traveling.

Consolidates list of learners with complete Portfolio's of evidence after training.

Requests for Uniforms and Handsets once agents have been onboarded successfully.
