WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your opportunity as JUNIOR EVENT MANAGER (f/m/d) involves supporting the project lead and managing event initiatives, projects, and actions. You will be involved in planning, development, implementation, and execution.

In this role, you will actively:

  • Support project leads across multiple activations, maintaining momentum and alignment.
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of event components within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Provide on-site support during setup, live events, and breakdowns, troubleshooting issues and supporting team coordination.
  • Source and manage suppliers.
  • Navigate high-pressure environments calmly, ensuring consistent follow-through and clear communication.
  • Structure workflows based on priority and urgency, anticipating potential issues and resolving them proactively.
  • Lead and guide promoter teams, ensuring role clarity, task handovers, and professional engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and suppliers, handling communication in a solutions-focused manner.
  • Maintain key documentation, including supplier lists, task trackers, and live event schedules.
  • Contribute to internal reviews and post-event evaluations, sharing insights for continuous improvement.
