Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end and year-end closing cycles.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier balances, and intercompany transactions.
• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and allocate receipts.
• Compile audit files and source supporting documents for auditors.
• Assist with VAT calculations and EMP201 submissions.
• Support rollout of new accounting software and automation tools.
