Responsibilities

• Manage and report financial information for the organisation.
• Ensure daily target and cashflow reports are completed accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements monthly.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
• Capture transactions accurately by the cashbook clerk.
• Update and maintain the fixed asset register.
• Upload and process COD suppliers on Salesforce.
• Analyze and clear debit balances.
• Manage internal transfers between branches.
• Run month-end reports from TMS.
