What you’ll be doing
- Data‑Informed Creation: Use customer insights, trends and best practices to devise, create & develop the D.engage brand growth.
- Design & Go‑to‑Market Strategies: Plan, support & create effective designs that engage our target audience and deliver success.
- Branding & Visuals: Ensure all designs maintain a consistent and modern SaaS brand identity.
- Digital Design: Create digital assets for social media, advertising, email, and documents.
- Web Design: Design and update web pages with a focus on visual appeal and user experience.
- Event & Presentation Assets: Design presentation templates and event visuals for both virtual and in‑person events.
- Project Ownership: Lead design projects from start to finish, both independently and with the team.
- Partner with external marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve our brand creative.

Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience designing marketing assets, journeys and campaigns.
- Strong experience with Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Metrics‑driven creative mind.
- Experience with a MarTech or marketing automation platform is highly preferred.
