You will shape market integrity by ensuring compliant listings and driving continuous improvement across equity, debt, and specialist securities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Issuer Regulation, strong judgment in regulatory matters, and proven leadership skills in a corporate finance environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Issuer Regulation / Corporate Finance within the JSE.
• Deep knowledge of legislation: FMA, Companies Act, POPIA, CISCA, PFMA, MFMA.
• Experience in budget ownership and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the Issuer Regulation strategy.
• Provide regulatory rulings and oversee listings.
• Ensure compliance with market integrity requirements.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary leadership cohort.
• Drive transformation of Listings Requirements.
• Build relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
