A leading HR services firm is seeking an Interim HR Assistant to provide maternity leave cover. This remote position involves recruitment support, managing HR inquiries, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding. The ideal candidate has experience in HR administration and excellent IT skills. Remuneration ranges from R30,000 to R32,000 per month based on experience.

Reports To: Head of HR, Learning & Development
Responsible for supporting the Head of HR, who is based in the UK, by working closely with our clients’ South African stakeholders on things such as recruitment, on-boarding, training and general HR matters. Working closely with the Head of HR to implement new strategies and projects. Work closely with all UK department heads to gain an understanding of the business needs on an ongoing basis.
