Our client is a high-growth, results-driven performance marketing agency that specializes in delivering guaranteed patient volume and revenue for healthcare practices (including ABA Centers, Home Care Agencies, Drug & Alcohol Rehabs, etc.).

We are seeking an energetic and quota-driven Intake Officer to convert qualified leads into new clients.

Responsibilities

Lead Management : Receive, prioritize, and manage a high volume of inbound leads (practice owners, executives) generated through the company's marketing efforts.

Lead Vetting & Qualification : Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the prospective client's growth goals, current marketing challenges, and financial needs, ensuring they are a strong fit for our service model.

Client Acquisition : Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close.

Articulate the value proposition of our "full-service difference," which handles everything from lead generation to admitted patients.

Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for new client acquisition and recurring contract value.

CRM Management : Accurately log all sales activity, pipeline status, and client information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in inbound sales or an environment requiring rapid lead follow-up.

Demonstrated ability to close new business and achieve demanding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience in the healthcare, B2B services, or marketing / agency space is a significant asset.

Requirements

This role is fully remote, 40 hours a week, EST timezone with a basic salary and commission on closed leads.
