Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Energy, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field AND solid customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, consultative selling, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Microsoft's industry efforts in Energy & Resources in Africa.
Originate and qualify new opportunities leveraging industry depth and consultative selling.
Serve as Microsoft's industry advisor within the Energy & Resources industry in Africa, delivering keynote presentations, publishing thought leadership, and mentoring teams on E&R trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Drive industry-focused digital transformation by leading strategic customer engagements, shaping solution strategies, and accelerating adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate across internal teams and partners to co-create impactful solutions, leveraging deep industry expertise.
Influence account planning, identify scalable opportunities, and guide customers through multi-horizon transformation journeys.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning Microsoft's cloud capabilities with customer business goals.
