This role is pivotal in designing and executing strategic sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes that build a diverse, future‑ready workforce aligned to organisational priorities.
The ideal professional will partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical talent needs, strengthen employer branding, and ensure data‑driven, inclusive hiring practices.
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within industrial IT / OT, energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors and or related industries.
Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across technical, operational, and leadership roles.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics tools, and digital sourcing platforms.
