Technical Support Role

This role involves providing expert technical support to clients on-site.

Main Responsibilities : Maintain client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Design, plan, and execute new installations and projects efficiently.

Create accurate quotes, invoices, site reports, and administrative documents promptly.

Utilize Autoflame software to monitor and analyze client sites remotely, generating monthly performance reports.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company protocols.

Achieve departmental service targets and drive revenue growth.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Promote quality control processes for continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements
