This role requires a confident and professional demeanour when engaging with stakeholders, including CEOs, Directors, and Managers of international organisations.
You'll be involved in global recruitment initiatives, identifying, sourcing, and qualifying candidates for overseas placements.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesAchieve and maintain monthly revenue targets set by NWIProvide clients with true and accurate information at all timesProvide clients with quotations and relevant paperwork / contracts in a timely fashionRespond to new leads within the time given ( 24 hours )Build relationships with oversees employers to place candidates withLook for and place candidates with oversees employersMake sure candidates are "job ready" and emotionally ready to move abroadProvide caseworkers with timely submission of client data for processes of visa / permitProvide input and source possible new services to be offered to clients Procure partners linked to the Immigration Industry to develop passive lead throughput Maintain constructive & professional relationships with all staff and remain professional at all timesMaintain clean attire, maintain clean desk and respectable working environmentAlways comply with the company code of disciplineContribute to a happy and productive working environment
