Qualifications

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to department heads and employees.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Champion a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR operations and ensure alignment with the estate’s strategic objectives
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and talent retention processes
  • Implement and maintain effective HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations

  • Oversee payroll, employee benefits and leave management in conjunction with Finance
