Job Description

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart. This is a full‑time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check‑in and check‑out guests efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails and messages in a timely manner.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Attend to any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
