The ClubMedHygiene, Safety and Environmental team ensures the safety and peace of mind of our guests throughout their stay.

As a prevention expert, you play an essential role in guaranteeing their well‑being and maintaining secure, comfortable spaces across the Resort.

You will be a central player in emergency management, prevention systems and safety training programs that ensure every guest enjoys a worry‑free experience.

You are
  • Graduate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE or QHSE
  • Pedagogical, able to coach and train teams effectively
  • Observant, demonstrating strong analytical and listening skills
  • Responsible, capable of handling crisis situations calmly and efficiently
  • Proactive, anticipating and implementing preventive measures before risks occur
You will
  • Apply and oversee the implementation of the Hygiene, Safety and Environment policy across theResort
  • Support your team and department heads to ensure proper execution of regulations and procedures
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with local authorities
  • Coordinate crisis management operations with reactivity and precision
  • Communicate regularly with Resort and HeadOffice teams to report and align on safety measures
  • Propose continuous improvements and incorporate feedback to optimize existing protocols
  • Raise awareness among guests and staff about ClubMed’s HSE initiatives
  • Monitor and ensure the supply and maintenance of all necessary equipment and safety materials
