Job summary

A growing home improvement company in South Africa is seeking an individual to focus on partnership acquisition. You will identify and target furniture and home improvement retailers, create compelling pitches, and manage negotiations while tracking partner performance. This role is key to building a strong partnership team as the company scales nationally and throughout Africa. The ideal candidate should be skilled in establishing collaborations with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target furniture stores, deco boutiques, paint suppliers and home improvement retailers across South Africa.
• Create and deliver compelling pitches to onboard retailers.
• Manage negotiations, subscription discussions and commission agreements.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential partners.
• Establish collaborations with interior designers and decor brands.
• Track and report retailers performance, churn and product engagement.
• Build a growing partnership team as Stylo scales.

Partnership acquisition

• Identify and target furniture stores, deco boutiques, paint suppliers and home improvement retailers across South Africa.

• Manage negotiations, subscription discussions and commission agreements.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential partners.
• Establish collaborations with interior designers, real estate developers, influencer and decor brands.
• Track and report retailers performance, churn and product engagement
• Build a growing partnership team as Stylo scales nationally and across Africa.
