We’re on the hunt for a Head of Creative who turns strategy into standout, channel-ready work. Are you passionate about translating business strategy and goals into exceptional creative outputs that bring the brand to life across channels, working closely with the Heads of Brand so every idea, asset and execution advances our business? Do you thrive in a creative team? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!

As a Head of Creative, you will lead concept development, design, execution and production across collateral, communications, journeys, digital, social and owned channels, ensuring outputs are distinctive, compelling, consistent and delivered to a standard of excellence. You will inspire a small in-house team, leverage tech and AI to scale quality and speed, and collaborate with selected creative, production and media partners to produce best-in-class brand work that delivers a WOW experience.

You bring decisive creative leadership, deep storytelling and design craft, meticulous brand stewardship across tone, voice and visual identity, and a tech-forward approach, confident with modern tools and AI to elevate consistency, efficiency and creative impact.

If you have the following :

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, visual communication or related field
  • 8+ years in brand or creative leadership with a proven track record in concept development and creative direction
  • 3+ years mentoring and managing creatives, building high-performance, brand-led teams
  • Experience across in-house and agency environments (ideal)
