Job summary

A local equipment service provider in South Africa is seeking a candidate to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance work. Responsibilities include repairing and painting structures, conducting facility inspections, and documenting work. Job description

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic electrical work.

Perform basic plumbing work.

General building maintenance.

Maintain, repair, and move furniture.

Install and replace floors, tiling and stairs as needed.

Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings.

Perform thorough facility inspections and schedule any necessary repairs (internal & external).

Maintain accurate records / documentation associated with your work.

To be able to work at heights (non-Acrophobia).

Be able to work overtime.
