Job Advertisement for Group Marketing Coordinator

Location : Benrose

Salary : R25 000 – R35 000 CTC

Qualified candidates shall have the capability to excel in the following job functions and descriptions, with the objective to generate sales leads for sales team execution.

Market Research
  • Customer research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Competitor research: Analyze competitors’ strategies and market positioning to support the formulation of relevant marketing plans.
Content Creation
  • Develop content for main advertising channels including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, website, newsletter, email, media coverages, etc.
  • Content includes posts, videos, articles, and events.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone and marketing goals, maintaining consistency across all marketing channels.
Advertising Campaign Management
  • Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns across all main advertising channels with the objective to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate with teams to create successful promotional materials.
Marketing Insights & Recommendations
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., click-through ratio, revenue generated from ads, campaign performance).
  • Analyze and adjust strategies based on marketing insights gathered.
  • Prepare reports to communicate results to stakeholders.
Event Planning & Execution
  • Organize product launches, shows, and other promotional events nationwide.
Digital Marketing Efforts (Bonus)
  • Manage online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Analyze website traffic and optimize online campaigns.
