Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :

  • 5+ years experience in residential property / facilities management
  • Proven track record in maintenance planning, contractor management, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Budgeting and financial control experience.
  • Knowledge of OHS and building compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and tenant relationship skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work flexibly in a dynamic environment
  • Valid drivers license

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :

  • Maintenance management: oversee maintenance; ensure timely response; coordinate on job cards
  • Preventative maintenance: develop / implement schedules; conduct regular inspections
  • Team management: lead maintenance recruitment, training, development; performance reviews; assigning tasks
  • Budget management: prepare / manage budget; track expenditure; identify cost saving options
  • Inventory management: maintain inventory; monitor stock levels
  • Contractors / SLA management: manage SLAs; maintain relations; monitor contractor performance
  • Reporting: prepare maintenance activity reports; maintain maintenance records
  • Compliance / safety: ensure all activities comply with safety regulations
  • Liaison / coordination: coordinate with departments to ensure project execution
