Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- 5+ years experience in residential property / facilities management
- Proven track record in maintenance planning, contractor management, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Budgeting and financial control experience.
- Knowledge of OHS and building compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and tenant relationship skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work flexibly in a dynamic environment
- Valid drivers license
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :
- Maintenance management: oversee maintenance; ensure timely response; coordinate on job cards
- Preventative maintenance: develop / implement schedules; conduct regular inspections
- Team management: lead maintenance recruitment, training, development; performance reviews; assigning tasks
- Budget management: prepare / manage budget; track expenditure; identify cost saving options
- Inventory management: maintain inventory; monitor stock levels
- Contractors / SLA management: manage SLAs; maintain relations; monitor contractor performance
- Reporting: prepare maintenance activity reports; maintain maintenance records
- Compliance / safety: ensure all activities comply with safety regulations
- Liaison / coordination: coordinate with departments to ensure project execution
