Duties & Responsibilities

Youll have strong support but this role is for a self-driven legal professional who can manage complex legal matters independently. The ideal candidate will have broad experience across industries particularly in service contract management corporate transactions and litigation.

Minimum Requirements:

• LLB degree and completed Articles of Clerkship
• 10 years post-admission experience
• Proven in-house legal advisory experience
• Litigation experience and ability to navigate complex disputes
• Strong experience with service contracts (across any industry)
• Confident engaging with directors and managing expectations
• Broad expertise across contracts company secretarial matters shareholder agreements SLAs NDAs leases loan agreements and dispute resolution
