What you can expect

  • Customised Onboarding — Your first 100 days will include a structured onboarding experience, featuring accredited learning modules to set you up for success
  • FutureFit Competencies — Build essential skills for the modern workplace: Creativity & problem-solving; Analytical thinking; Resilience; Navigating ambiguity & complexity; Digital fluency; Leadership Development. Gain exposure to key leadership attributes that will prepare you for future roles.
  • Technical Expertise — Hands-on experience in specialised areas of short-term insurance aligned to your career path.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for exceptional young talent (between the ages of 22 – 30) who want to make a difference. Applicants must not have more than 1 year’s work experience and must be in possession of a degree in one of the following fields:

  1. Finance / Commerce / Risk
  2. Computer/Data Science/ Information Systems
  3. Actuarial Science / Mathematical Statistics
  4. Industrial / Electrical /Mechanical Engineering / Law

Applicants with post-graduate qualifications (Honours) are welcome to apply.
