They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.

About the role

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.

Experience In The Healthcare Niche Is Preferred.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals.
  • Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Who are we looking for?
  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant tools; proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
  • Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.

Position: Google Ads Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote
